About Our Firm

Webb & Schtul, LLC, was established by Joe Webb and Marc Schtul, who forged their close personal and professional relationships while studying the law at The University of Denver College of Law.

What makes Webb & Schtul unique?  We believe that, among other things, the collective experiences of our attorneys and staff and our firm commitment to seeking justice and peace of mind results for our clients in the most ethical and efficient manner, set us apart.

The firm’s partners and senior attorneys, collectively, bring to the benefit of our clients almost a century of practice, including many years with large downtown law firms and as in-house corporate counsel.  Through the merging of those varied experiences, we offer the skills and experience of large firms to clients, both business entities and individuals, who want lawyers to simplify the complexities of the law, without the corporate bureaucracy and hourly rates of the large downtown firms.

A core philosophy of the firm is that we take knowledge of the law as a given within the legal profession as a whole.  But, knowledge alone, unaided by wisdom, is not enough.  Wisdom is the capacity to apply knowledge in a manner appropriate to the client’s situation, with a view toward reaching the desired objective in the most simple and efficient manner possible, and within the bounds of the law as it is—or as we believe it ought to be—with integrity, fairness, justice and client satisfaction as our guiding principles.  That is who we are.
